During the check-out process, we offer customers the option of accepting a membership. Details about the membership and the recurring billing were provided on the checkout page where you completed the purchase, as well as in the email receipt.
If you have a membership that you don't want, please follow these steps to cancel it:
- Go to the Intelius website and LOG IN to your account.
- Hover over MY ACCOUNT
- Click ACCOUNT SETTINGS
- On the My Account page, under My Membership, click the Cancel My Membership link.
A window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to cancel your membership. If you do so, another window will appear with a printable Cancellation Confirmation. If you require additional assistance, please call (888) 445-2727, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
