To Reset Your Password
- In the upper right corner of your screen, click LOG IN and then click Forgot?
- Type the email address you use for your Intelius account, and then click RESET MY PASSWORD
- A temporary password will be sent to your email address. When you get it, sign in to the website and then follow the prompts to update your password.
Haven't Received Your Temporary Password?
If you did not receive the email containing a temporary password, please do the following:
- Look in your junk email folder to see if Intelius emails are being routed as spam.
- Check to make sure that the email address associated with your Intelius account (which is also your username) is your current email address.
Once you have located your temporary password, follow the instructions provided by it to login and reset the password to a permanent one.
